All of our terms and conditions have been put in place to protect the interests of our customers and to provide the best possible service to you all. Listed below are all of our terms and conditions. If you want to buy from our web site you can only do so on these terms and conditions, and by using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by them. Although they are written in small print, they are designed to be fair to both parties.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using our online form we welcome response from our customers and will respond to every e-mail, within 5 working days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in any way. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. No contract will subsist between you and Arctic Paws®  unless Arctic Paws® accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product/s.

Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If you find the item elsewhere online cheaper then Arctic Paws then email us at arcticpaws@btopenworld.com with the competitors details and we will happily price match the item/s

Price Match is subject to the following conditions:

  • We’ll match our competitor’s current website price.

  • The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours including colour range and offered on the same terms.

  • We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.

  • We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.

  • Competitor must be based in the UK.

  • We’ll match the price of an item but not delivery charges or other services.

Typographical Errors

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this web site, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.

However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this web site. All prices are displayed inclusive of  VAT. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arctic Paws® disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site

Arctic Paws® shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site In the event a product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Our filters are to only be used as a guide, please take care to check your order before confirming payment. If an item appears within the incorrect filter please contact us and we shall amend the product.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you so please allow upto 28 working days for delivery

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned up to 7 working days from date of delivery for a full refund less postage & Packaging or exchange.
  • We are unable to accept products damaged by customer use or veterinary medicines.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.

Exchanges of new products are free of charge but you must included payment for return delivery, payment will be advised when contacting us.

Return Address; To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number, wrap the package securely and send the item(s) to be returned back to us at the address below within 7 working days from the date of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.

Cancellation of the order

Once your order as been placed with Arctic Paws we aim to despatch in stock products within a short space of time, if you cancel your order before it as been dispatched you will recieve a full refund, however if your order has already been despatched before being canceled you will need to return it within any item/s within 7 working days then the refund minus the P&P will be refunded.

Legal Stuff

You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 30 days from the date that we recieve the returned item/s to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions.

What happens if something is missing from my order?

From time to time items may have been excluded from your delivery as we have either had to ship the item on at a later date or refund you for the value of the item due to a stock problem. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if this is the case. The customer must notify us of any missing items within 7 days of receiving the order for any action to be taken.

What happens if I receive damaged goods or an incorrect item?

If any item(s) of your order are damaged or not the item ordered, customers are to inform us within 24hrs and the packaging must be retained until further notice. If a customer accepts a damaged parcel knowingly the damage must be specified on the courier driver's signature terminal. Please use our online form to contact us should you have a problem with your order.

Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned back to us by recorded delivery in the post, the item(s) must be packed as received to avoid any possible damage.

Any damaged items we would ask you to take a photograph of the item in its original packaging to allow us to claim for loss from our courier company.

You will not be responsible for the cost of replacing the goods. However we will be unable to accept the return of any items not damaged or incorrect within the same package. Should you wish to return these back to us you must arrange for them to be returned as per our terms and conditions below.

What happens if I want to exchange a product?

If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied with your item, please return your order along with a note explaining the reason for return and your request for the new product you would like exchanged. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 7 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and our postage and packing charge of your replacement.

What happens if I want to return something for a refund?

If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied with an item, please return it back to us.  We will reimburse you for the value of the item only not the P&P. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 7 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

What happens if my product develops a fault?

Should you believe that your product has developed a fault we have the following terms in place to keep our process easy to follow.

We will be unable to repair/replace/refund any product until we have had the opportunity to inspect them to firstly validate the fault exists and then decide on the best course of action, some manufactures request their own inspection first before replacing any product and can take upto 30days.

What happends if product does not arrive by our carrier/Goes missing?

UK parcels should arrive within 5 working days please allow extra time incase parcel as been sent to wrong depot by carrier or is caught up in christmas post, if parcel as not arrived within 10 working days we will then contact the carrier for updates. If parcel can not be located we will then either arrange a refund or send replacement produces within 30days.

What happends if I miss my delivery?

All orders are sent out either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Private Courier. If you miss your delivery you will need to contact your local depot of royal mail to arrange re-delivery, Arctic Paws can not accept any responsability for you not being at home to recieve your order. Royal Mail/Couriers normally leave you a slip in your letter box if you are not at home when they delivery so you can contact them to either collect or re-arrange.

Delivery Policy

All orders received after our 2pm deadline may be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday only. 

We do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays.

Special Instructions

Any special instructions left with your order will be followed at the driver's discretion, any parcels which are requested to be left without a signature will be done so at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier driver. Please do not ask for a specific delivery date as these instructions are picked up by our courier only.

How can I track my order?

The online system will automaticaly send you emails as your order moves tho different processes, on request we can email you your tracking referance once your order has been dispatched, Smaller orders may be shipped using normal post and some larger orders using a courier.

Collecting your order

Currently at the moment it is not possible for you to order from the Website and pick up from us. Neither is it possible to reserve "call and collect.
